SubLedgerGroup

Mapped from the TPBackEnd response. In this endpoint only clientId, accountId and
groupCode are filled in. productId is always returned as 0 because the field is a
primitive and is not copied from the TPBackEnd reply. The other fields belong to the
shared SubLedgerGroup model and are left out when null.
